    Agile Coach Responsibilities

    • Serves as the go-to expert on Agile methods and challenges team members to use a disciplined Agile approach for developing quality software.
    • Coaches teams through Agile ceremonies.
    • Drives agile sustainability through distributed coaching models.
    • Coaches organization through change, helping identify and attack organizational impediments which limits team productivity and quality.
    • Collaboratively work with various Scrum- and Kanban-based Agile teams within client and SDLC to implement consistent utilization and reporting standards.
    • Understand the backlog and educate the various and diverse teams regarding how work can be managed, and velocity improved.
    • Implement metrics that both Scrum- and Kanban-based teams can leverage to measure performance and drive continuous improvements.
    • Support the Product Owner as required, including backlog refinement, communicating information about the product and planning product releases.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement increments of business value including changes to people, processes, and technology in accordance with established policy guidelines and standards.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Actively contribute to the Organization’s collective effort to continuously improve our Agile practice and achieve operational excellence.
    • Educate and assist product owners, delivery process managers, and team members on the Agile framework, key Agile concepts, ceremonies, and deliverables.

    Delivery Process Manager Responsibilities

    • Perform Delivery Process Manager role to facilitate all team ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Refinement, Retrospectives, etc.)
    • Function as a servant leader for the Product Owner and Product/Development Team.
    • Create and support an environment wherein the team can collaborate, solve problems and deliver solutions effectively.
    • Work closely with Product Owner and Development/Product Team to establish the acceptance criteria for all user stories and make sure that all user stories are verified before the end of the sprint.
    • Work with the Product Owner to ensure the work completed by the product development team has visibility and is understood by the stakeholders.
    • Ensure Team adherence to agreed practice and quality measures and provides supporting guidance. Owner of the Scrum/Agile/Kanban process used by the team.
    • Identify, analyze and manage risks to the team’s productivity and stability.
    • Communicate a variety of information about the team broadly and transparently including the health of the team and the team’s progress using appropriate metrics and reporting methods.
    • Track the team’s velocity, understand the deltas between sprints, assist the team in monitoring trends in velocity and react accordingly to changes.
    • Participates in or leads complex problem solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes.
    • Anticipates and identifies issues, and provides recommendations to address roadblocks and areas of opportunity.


    Technical Skills Required

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software delivery, IT Finance,
    • Minimum 5 years previous experience leading Agile / Scrum; experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master preferred
    • Minimum 1+ years work experience as an Agile coach.
    • One or more of the following certification(s) are preferred:
      • Certified Enterprise Coach – (Scrum Alliance)
      • Certified Team Coach – (Scrum Alliance)
      • Certified Scrum Trainer – (Scrum Alliance)
    • One or more of the following certification(s) are preferred:
      • Agile Certified Practitioner – (PMI)
      • Certified Scrum Master – (Scrum Alliance)
    • SAFe knowledge and experience is a plus
    • Organizational change management (OCM) experience is a plus
