    SDLC Partners is currently looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to provide leadership in this capability and to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess and Evaluate existing processes
    • Design/re-design business and technical processes to improve cycle time performance and decision-making quality
    • Develop and implement new processes, procedures, controls
    • Lead projects and initiatives from a Lean Perspective: Analyze before Design, Design before Improve, Improve before Build.
    • Conduct and create detailed value stream mapping sessions with clients
    • Conduct targeted process improvement initiatives, working with process owners and project team members through all phases of planning, implementation and control
    • Clarify scope and ensure process improvement effort maintains direction and fulfills expectations of sponsors, using charters and other project management tools
    • Work with area leaders for all Continuous Improvement activities to ensure that processes are measured, monitored and controlled through Standard work
    • Ensure action items from process improvements are completed in an acceptable time frame utilizing project management framework
    • Work with functional area leaders to develop Metrics that matter
    • Support and mentor others to enhance our Lean culture
    • Disseminate process improvement methodologies and toolkits throughout the organization via formal and informal training
    • Act as a change agent - deliver the change management framework to ensure support and buy-in for improvement projects
    • Leverage Lean Six Sigma, where appropriate, and project management methodologies to identify and generate sustainable efficiencies and expense reduction opportunities that ideally improve the customer and employee experience
    • Inspire and drive the rigor, value, and benefits of continuous improvement throughout the organization
    • Serve as the expert for utilizing Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools
    • Collaborate with Agile leadership within the organization to grow and mature synergies between Lean methodologies and Agile methodologies

    Qualifications

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in Lean techniques; at least 3 of those years as a certified Black Belt
    • Minimum 2 years previous experience leading process change projects related to the implementation and use of Six Sigma/Process Improvement+
    • Accredited Lean program; Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required
    • Must be able to provide current copies of LSS certifications
    • Successful track record of leading complex projects delivering quantifiable results

    Preferred Technical Skills:

    • Demonstrated minimum Client savings greater than $10M
    • Technology Systems Related Experience
    • Project Management Professional PMP designation/certification
