    Responsibilities

    The role of Systems Analyst is responsible for providing SDLC and CyLumena employees with technical support for systems and cloud-based applications. This role is responsible for tier 1 user support. The Systems Analyst will participate in the implementation of ITIL standards across the IT department. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of the systems and software used by the business and a strong customer service focus. Interaction with stakeholders and executive teams is required.

    • Provide SDLC and CyLumena employees with technical support
    • Monitor and use the ticketing system as prescribed by the IT department
    • Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues that affect the usability or performance of the software applications, cloud services, and networking systems
    • Analyze systems and software and provide recommendations for changes or upgrades as necessary
    • Responsible to participate in the creation of systems and software documentation
    • Responsible to participate in end user and IT staff training for implemented systems
    • Assist with maintaining and organization of IT owned assets across the organization
    • Interface directly with SDLC and CyLumena employees

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of IT experience
    • Strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches
    • Knowledge of cloud applications, mobile platforms, basic networking and systems troubleshooting.
