The recruiter will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop proactive sourcing of candidates. This position will be responsible to recruit high volume and difficult-to-fill positions at all levels. This position will be expected to proactively market SDLC’s brand as an employer of choice and seek passive and active candidates. This position will be expected to meet the service deliverables for all recruiting needs.
