    We are looking to add a Manager-level Cyber Security Consultant to our team to lead high-profile projects to guide clients to successful results in the Downtown Pittsburgh area.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with clients to develop a trusted relationship
    • Partner with client sponsor to develop project plans, manage project schedules, scope, risk, issues, and budget
    • Sets and re-evaluates project priorities frequently
    • Leverage project management best practices and domain knowledge
    • Cultivates and relies on extensive informal networks inside and outside to resolve problems
    • Leads project implementation teams for Cylumena engagements
    • Works with Cylumena leadership, including Partner or Senior Manager level, to manage client outcomes against contractual obligations and objectives
    • leverages Cylumena methodologies and project deliverable templates
    • Adheres to predictable communication schedules
    • Cultivates client relationship to develop additional business opportunities for both Cylumena and SDLC Partners
    • Contributes to development of best practice frameworks suitable for use in assessments and improvement planning and integration with assessment toolsets
    • Establish on-going communication to share with key stakeholder’s issues & improvement recommendations throughout the life of the project

    Qualifications

    • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in business or IT
    • Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, including, but not limited to, NIST 800-53/171, ISO2700x, HiTrust etc.
    • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including, but not limited to, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
    • Expertise in cyber security related technologies to support End Point Protection, Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, Data Protection, Incident and Event Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, Compromise Assessment, etc.
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
    • Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering/documentation/specification or use case creation)
    • Strong business process skills (process mapping/workflow diagramming) or implementation
