    Seeking an experienced technical/development lead that is responsible for the technical implementation of projects to support the program of work. Full systems lifecycle required including development, test and implementation of hightly robust and reliable solutions. This position will also include managing technical tasks witha team of developers and working with technical stakeholders from other groups. The candidate will be expected to follow standard development methodologies and practices.



    • 3+ Years minimum working as a technical leader, with various stakeholders, to solve complex business problems; including development of feasibility studies, project plans, cost/benefits, alternative solutions, resource requirements and project estimates
    • 10+ Years minimum experience working in .NET Framework
    • 10+ Years minimum experience developing C# Applications
    • 10+ Years of experience with standard development patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM
    • 8+ Years working in an Agile, Scrum or other Iterative Framework
    • Working knowledge of VB6 strongly preferred



    • Education – Graduate (or Bachelor’s) degree in Computer Science, MIS, related degree or Experience 
    • Specialized Knowledge (preferred previous experience) –
      • Prepare specifications, user requirements and accurately estimate the effort required
      • Work with .Net Framework and Visual Studio 2015
      • Managing / Updating Requirements & Tasks in Microsoft Team Foundation Server 



    • Analysis, design and architecture, development and implementation of new initiatives using C# and ASP.NET
    • Ability to demonstrate strong ability to lead other technical staff towards common as well as aggressive technical goals
    • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, an understanding of core Object Oriented programming principles and practice and have a strong team player attitude
    • Stay positive, think strategically, execute flawlessly, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on multiple concurrent projects, excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem solving as well as critical thinking skills
